Canada Post Delivery Disruptions
Overview
In the event of delivery disruptions with postal service, please be advised that you remain responsible for ensuring timely payment of your invoices to avoid late payment charges and service disruptions. In the event of a postal disruption, FiberConX is not liable for delays in postal delivery or late payments resulting from such disruptions.
Payment Responsibility
If you are currently using postal services to remit your payments, we encourage you to explore alternative methods to ensure timely processing. It is your responsibility to make alternative arrangements to ensure payments are received on time.
Alternative Payment Methods
- Credit Card Payments
- To pay via credit card, please complete the Pre-Approved Credit Card Authorization (PACCA) form.
- Submit the completed PACCA form via fax. Do not submit it via email.
- Download the PACCA form here: PACCA Form.
- Interac e-Transfer
- To pay via e-transfer, log in to your online banking system and send the transfer to accounting@fiberconx.com.
- Include your invoice number or name in the description. Do not send payment details via email.
- EFT/Wire Transfer
- To pay via EFT or wire transfer, log in to your online banking system and use the payment details from the bottom of your most recent invoice.
- Be sure to include your invoice number or name in the description to ensure proper crediting of your payment.
Late Payments
Failure to ensure timely payment, regardless of the postal disruption, may result in late payment charges and potential service interruptions.
