Returning a Product
We want you to be fully satisfied with every FiberConX service that you subscribe to. If the usage of that service requires you to purchase a physical product from us, you may request an RMA to return the item within 30 days of the item delivery date to your location. The amount returned will be the purchase price of the item, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, restocking and other additional charges. Your refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
There are a few conditions that must be met before an item may be return for credit or refund:
- Contact our Sales Team to get authorization to return the products.
- The item must be returned unused/unworn, in original product packaging, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.
- Returns of non-defective items will not be accepted after 30 calendar days.
- Returns of new items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Special order items are not refundable.
- Any item that is assembled and/or not within its original product packaging with all paperwork, parts and accessories will be partially or fully credited based on the market value of the opened or incomplete product.
- If you have purchased a bundled item (i.e. phone & power supply), all items must be returned as a bundle and cannot be otherwise accepted.
Please refer to our Return Instructions when returning your item. For ALL returned items, the postmark date of the return package will be considered the return date. If you need to return an item after 30 days, please contact our Sales Team.
FiberConX is not responsible for the shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other additional charges for returned items.
